The Vision of M4

As a mother of four (hence, M4), Lacie experienced firsthand the struggles and joys of raising a family while attempting to maintain a beautiful and functional home. She discovered that while there were plenty of interior design services available, few truly understood the unique demands and considerations of a family home. Issues like budget constraints, durability of materials, and the need for spaces to be both practical and aesthetically pleasing were often overlooked.

THe Start of m4 Designs

Driven by a passion for interior design and the beautiful chaos of family life, Lacie Vail founded M4 Designs as a testament to her belief that family and style can not only coexist but thrive together. The story of M4 Designs is deeply intertwined with Lacie’s journey as a mother, an interior designer, and a creative visionary.

Lacie has always had a keen eye for design and a knack for transforming ordinary spaces into extraordinary ones. Together with her husband, Scott, they have owned a residential painting company, Scott J Vail Painting, Inc., for over 23 years. Lacie has been responsible for the color consultations for the last 17 of those years. After their fourth child started school, she decided to channel her talent into a professional venture. With a background in interior decorating, color consultations, and construction, Lacie’s expertise makes M4 Designs a full-service interior decorating company.
